"write something about yourself" ... that's so 2005 ;)

let it snow!

it snowed in the fort last night!  i wouldn't dare get out in the stuff but it's just so pretty :)

i love my iphone 4 camera!
i took this picture of a paper weight with it at work when i was extremely bored

tonight i'm going to longhorn steakhouse :)
pretty excited because i've never been there before..

and pretty little liars comes on tonight woohoo!

i'll update this later probably but i just had the urge to write :D
lkjlk;lk

alskdfj... ya know?

phew..

that break went by fast!

it was great though, gettting to spend time with my family and friends.
that was the best part

and i still have 4 more days left til school officially starts!

everthing was fine and dandy until i got my wisdom teeth taken out... but it had to be done sometime...
and it was my time.
honestly without all those pain pills i'm not sure i would have made it... especially when i got dry sockets on both of my bottom teeth (or where there used to be teeth). that was quite painful. until i went to the doctor and they fixed me up.

i think this was the second day after the surgery... yeah.
cute, eh? ;)

i worked over break full time at toyota...

BORE. ING.

buuut i gotta admit, i love the people that work there.. they put a smile on my face :)

i wish i would have kept up with this thing so i could remember what all i did over break. i had a world history teacher my junior year and he had this filing folder where he would write everything that he wanted to remember and he said it was because he was OCD he had to remember every little thing....
?

wisdom teeth, worked, friends, family...
OH!
some of my friends and i went down to "the bottoms" last night and had a bonfire! it was really fun.. and really cold even though there was a fire :/
stupid wind.

(stupid flowas.. stupid dresses..) <-- that one is for you lindsay
i took some videos [on my new flip that i got for christmas.. love it!] most of which had a lot of cussing in them :/ so i didnt wanna put them on here and then one that was hilarious but way innappropriate so i just chose one that had one cuss word, and that was a pretty good cover of how the night was.

i had a friend pass away on december 26th. he died in a car accident. we were in track together and he had the best personality and i'm really going to miss him. he was that kind of guy that everyone got along with and just couldn't help but love him. i went to his funeral and there were tons of people there, if that tells you anything about how awesome he was. i'm praying for his family and girlfriend. it just really breaks my heart.

this is at finish line, where he worked. hanging from the huge basketball hoop thing in the middle of the ceiling. his name tag says "travis mcdreamy"

rest in peace, travis.we'll miss you.
Wow.. That last little blog post seems like yesterday and forever ago at the same time. How is that possible? I'm not sure. When I looked at the date I thought, "wow, couldn't have been in June!!?" Time has gone by so fast, and I can't believe I actually made it through my first semester of college. That's something a lot of people can't say they have done. There definitely were times when I thought I wasn't going to make it, with my crazy english professor and my hard as crap geography class (that I ended up making a B in!!) but I totally did!

College has been an experience, to say the least. As I said in my last post, "FREEEEEDOM!" Yeah, freedom is right. You can go out at 12 on a school night just to get some fries and you don't have to listen to your mom cry about how it's too late. Dorms are a whole different life than living at home with your parents. It's actually like one big sleepover that lasts for a year. I've made some really good friends in the dorm- they're closer to me than some of my best friends from high school. I love college.

Reading all of the things I put on this blog in June, I'm dumbfounded to how I actually came up with some of this stuff.. But, in all fairness, I did talk about how boring my job was. Speaking of boring job, I'm back for Christmas break.. It's not as bad, considering I had a break from it for a couple months. It's actually pretty cool to come back here and work with everyone. I was surprised at how many people told me that they missed me.

Feels good to write. Like I'm just getting every little thought in my head OUT. It's not stuck in there anymore! I just love how I write on this like people actually read it.

Oh my, a munchkin is at the dealership. the lollipop kids..

Well, anyway. Life is good, but I'm not kidding myself, it's not perfect.

Good: First semester of college was amazing and is now over with. I found a new but rather expensive love: starbucks. It's Christmas break, which means I can read a book for the first time in months, see my friends that go to different schools, and finally relax. It's Christmas time! I get my flip camcorder and styling stick! I'm rushing in the spring, which is scary and exciting at the same time.

Bad: My mother is already getting on my last nerve. My brother is getting his ears peirced. Boys really suck, but at least I'm single and have you out of my hair. I haven't worked out in weeks, hello love handles..

Ugly: The cold weather.. and the baby's cry that is right next to me

Let's ellaborate on the "boys really suck". Since I'm the only person that's going to see this, I might as well just vent while I can. I know my friends are tired of me getting upset over this kid. It's been going on for almost a year now. Well, the more serious upsets. He's basically a douche. I thought he had changed, but boy was I wrong. There's so many thoughts going through my head right now that it's hard to even process all of this. It's about time that I ended things though. I mean, seriously! It's bad. Real bad. Even though I ended things, that doesn't mean that I'm over him, or that I will be anytime soon. But I hope I am. And I can't wait for the day that I am completely over him. "Sometimes it takes the relationships that don't last forever to teach us the lessons that WILL." I live by this quote. That's enough of that..

Since this is my own blog and I can do whatever the hell I want with it, I'm just gonna end it. Right here.

Can we all say "bored"?

I never thought that when two summers ago, when my dad got me a job at the car dealership he works at that I would still be sitting here, with nothing to do at the front desk, just like two years ago. I'm the receptionist, and the only job more boring would be watching paint dry. If you're reading this, you're probably thinking to yourself, "wow, she's lucky to even have a job!" and yes, I am! It's not that I'm ungrateful to have this job, it's just that it can get pretty dull. The most exciting parts of my day are probably when... Well, I can't think of anything right now. Luckily, I am in the air conditioning, and I have my laptop. I didn't have a laptop up until last November. I used to read up here at the front desk, but then I realized that time went by about ten times slower when I read, so I tried to find some new hobbies. I tried bracelet making. That was short lived. I tried doodling. That was VERY short lived. I want some pickled cucumbers right now... Anyway, I got really addicted to this game called Tetris... Some may know the game. That's mainly what I do now that I have my laptop. It can get really distracting, BUT that makes time go by really fast! So, if you're ever REALLY bored and you have access to a computer and internet, go to www.tetrisfriends.com . It's awesome. Geez, Have I really written this much about my job? I usually hate to write, but then again when I have to write it's on something that has to do with school work.

Speaking of school work, I start college next year. That means... FREEEEEDOM! Ahh, I can almost taste it. This Sunday and Monday is orientation. I'm excited, and worried at the same time. I'm worried about meeting new people.. I'm not the best at that. I'll be okay though. I'm going with my future room mate, her mom, and my mom. Someone that went to the orientation told me it was very informational, and he told me to meet as many people as I can and be very social. Hmm..

I never thought I would be the blog writing kind of person.. But now that I'm actually writing, everything is just kind of flowing right off my fingertips. I think this blogging thing is probably a good stress reliever.. To get everything off of your mind and put it on paper... Or screen. I used to keep a "diary", when I was in elementary school. I loved writing in that thing. I quit though. Probably forgot about it, because I know I had time. Nope, not much has changed. I forgot how much I like writing.

I can just picture myself thinking one day "Oh, I've gotta remember to write about that in my blog!"

I used to have a xanga.. (www.xanga.com) and that was a blog, but at the time I didn't realize it. It was just like a myspace, in a way. Just some stupid trend that my friends and I did because we had no lives...
